Wiri Intermodal Freight Hub

Grouting Services latest design and construct project is an external PT slab at the Wiri Intermodal Freight Hub. The slab is 300mm thick and heavily post-tensioned to deal with the significant loads from the reach stacker (104T front axle and 39T rear axle) traversing the slab. The design was completed by partner Edge Consulting and the concrete works would be undertaken by leading slab constructor CONSET Construction. Grouting Services scope includes the design, supply and install works for the PT and reinforcement.
