Grouting Services supplied and installed 183No temporary mulit-strand ground anchors to support the perimeter D-wall and 89No permanent multi-strand uplift anchors in the basement. Included in the temporary works were 30No removable multi-strand ground anchors anchors which provide sustainable benefits to building owners and councils as there are no obstructions left in the ground that will conflict with future developments.

Consistent with the sites located on reclaimed land along the waterfront, the overburden material encountered included steel, concrete and timber and this dictated the use of temporary steel casing which was advanced to the underlying sandstone bedrock with Grouting Services specialist HD180 anchoring rig.
