Auckland Airport Warehouse

Grouting Services is proud to be assisting Conset Construction on it's latest post-tensioned floor slab project. The new development for Auckland International Airport includes 8,500sq.m of warehousing facility. The design had to account for 70kN back-back racking and a moderate subgrade reaction CBR=3.5%. This resulted in a 165mm post-tensioned slab which was constructed in 3-pours all stitched together to provide a monolithic floor slab.
