Countdown Stoddard Road

The Countdown Stoddard project is located on a 10,000m2 site on the corner of Sandringham Road and Stoddard Road in Mt Roskill, Auckland. The project consists of a 4,400 m2 supermarket on a suspended post tensioned floor structure above a basement car park.

Grouting Services was awarded subcontract for the supply and installation of the post-tensioning works required for the 4,400sq.m development. The work was completed in 4pours and involved some 20T of prestressing strand.
