ETD Building - Strongfloor and Wall

The first of the two strong floors at AUTs new Engineering Technology and Design building is in the final stages of preparation prior to pouring. Grouting Services has installed the multi-strand PT and reinforcement is complete. The very dense matrix of hold down bolts will soon be completed. Works on the second floor is progressing and includes the incorporation of the vertical tendons terminated in the new strong wall. Definitely a great example of a collaborative approach to construction.
