GROUTING SERVICES has been actively involved in the New Zealand construction market since 1971 and since that time has been involved in numerous landmark projects. This post is the 4th in a series which takes a trip down memory lane. 

Project 4: North Shore Refuse Transfer Station Circa 1989 

The Refuse Transfer Station located on Auckland's North Shore was constructed in the late 1980's and included a tied back retaining structure. Permanent multi-strand anchors were incorporated into the concrete structure and these were supplied, installed and tested by Grouting Services. The Refuse Station is still in use today.
