Residential Suspended PT Slab

Grouting Services has successfully completed another design and construct post-tensioned slab using Reids unbonded post-tensioning Stressfloor system. The suspended slab for a new residence in Auckland's Herne Bay incorporated mono-strand 12.7mm greased and sheathed tendons on a nominal 1m grid and were tensioned to 75% UTS when the concrete strength reached 30MPa.
