Project Spark - Lion Nathan PT Slab

Having completed NZs largest post-tensioned floor slab covering some 5 hectares in 2008 for Lion Nathan as part of its Project Century development, Grouting Services is proud to return as part of the CONSET Construction team involved in the retrofit of a new slab within the exisiting building required due to a change of use. The retrofit involves the deconstruction of a 1200sqm section of the PT slab and the design and construct of a new PT slab complete with falls and epoxy coating. Design works is being managed by Grouting Services and undertaken by PT specialists EDGE Consulting.
