Warehouse PT Slab on Grade

Grouting Services latest design and construct project is an internal PT slab in East Tamaki. The 3,150sq.m slab is 165mm thick and designed for 70kN back to back racking on ground with a natural CBR of 3%. The design was completed by partner EDGE Consulting Engineers and the slab construction out turned by leading slab constructor Conset Construction. Grouting Services carried out the supply and install works for the PT and reinforcement.
