Highbrook PT Slabs on Grade

Grouting Services has an enviable reputation in delivering design and construct solutions for post-tensioned slabs on grade, as well as supply and install solutions. In our latest project, we are proud to be supporting leading slab constructor Conset Construction to deliver nearly 20,000sq.m of PT slab on grade over 7 buildings as part of the Gateway Development in Highbrook, Auckland.

The slabs are 165mm thick and designed for 70kN back to back racking on a sub base CBR of 3%. Grouting Services engaged partner EDGE Consulting Engineers to complete the PT design, documentation and construction monitoring (PS1 and PS4). Grouting Services carried out the supply and install works for the PT and reinforcement.
